Gaby’s love for movement, her German Shepherd sidekick, and a good music-fueled run is what keeps her coming back to the trails (and occasionally, the StairMaster). She’s passionate about injury prevention, healthy living, and creating spaces where people feel welcomed—whether they’re training for a race or just out to move their body and clear their mind.
Gaby graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she studied Kinesiology & Criminology. While in college, Gaby was part of the Tennessee Sailing Team. She’s now in Physical Therapy school at Emory & Henry University in Virginia (graduating soon!!!) and has gained experience in orthopedics, sports med, and pediatric rehab along the way.
When she’s not running or studying, you can find Gaby coaching, playing pickleball, catching a sunset walk with her dog, trying new foods, or planning her next hike. She believes movement is medicine—and that a good laugh mid-run can cure almost anything.
